Wildflowers Candle Holder – Blue

Here is your custom order of a wildflowers candle holder with cobalt blue trim.

This candle holder was created by hand-cutting 2 circles of glass, one clear and one rainbow iridescent. I added an assortment of grassy glass bits, hand-pulled green glass stems, and several colors and styles of wildflowers. Then I put it in the kiln for about 15 hours to fuse all layers together.

Next, I took the fully fused circle and placed it over a steel form for about 12 hours in the kiln to create the freeform glass shape. Each piece is unique in how it drapes in the kiln.

The iridescent side is on the inside which yields a nice flash of color and a mistiness to the candle holder. The last photo is a video, showing the iridescence in ‘action’.

These candleholders are perfect for tealight candles, mini LED fairy lights, or as a vase for other objects such as shells or pine cones for decor.
